Been a while since i upoaded any photos to flickr. so here is for that . hehe

Ive never been a fan of Batman. After seeing Heath Ledger as The Joker in the latest flick of DC, I’m loving this. :D. This is the best movie Ive seen this year, seen it  4 times since the release on 17th July. The presentation of Joker was superb. For me its the best performance by Heath Ledger on screen after Brokeback Mountain (2005), which he was nominated for an Oscar. I wish there was a separate movie for him. As for me The Joker was the total spotlight of the movie.
I liked everything about The Dark Knight. Not to forget a bit draggy Harvey Dent/Two Face. There will be more Jokers in the coming years. Anyone can look like him after the make up. But a performance to compare with Heath Ledger’s.. No! I don’t think so.
We’d never forget these line “Why So Serious? Lets put a smile on that face”. Well, you do something memorable in your life, something everyone will remember for ever. Heath’s just done that. I wish he receives an Oscar this time.

After finishing the laundry it was time to relax and chill

When i first saw the news article about Daughtry Live in KL on The Star, I was so excited and looking forward for it. The article stated that venue and tickets prices will be announced soon. The event titled SonyEricsson Traphic Jam and will take place in Manila, Kuala Lampur and Singapore. I was expecting the ticket prices to be around 200 RM the max.

Today i went to the road show promoting the event. It was pretty disappointing to learn that, to get entry to the concert we have to buy a SonyEricsson mobile phone. The cheapest phone is priced at 650 RM (2610 MRF). Being a student and with the money i get for a month this cannot be possible.

Anyhow here are the details for the Daughtry concert

Anyways. Chelsea will be here on the 29th, for their Tour of Asia. I rather go see them, watch my team trash the Malaysian National Team.

What a time to write a post. A time when a nation celebrating for their heroes who won gold for the this little nation. Congratulations my fellow Maldivians. Congratulations to the Maldivian National Team. Its a great day in history of our nation.

Well, I’m away from home. Thanks to the streams by ROL and Dhiraagu. Trying to get all the updates i can through the phone and internet. I realize what I’m missing. A nation is going crazy. This is something we’ve never witnessed. Each and everyone, no matter big or small, young and old are participating in the celebrations no matter the heavy rain. Yes! we do have differences amongst us. But today a nation has come together leaving all that behind them.

This is something i never would have wanted to miss. Still screaming on top of my lungs.. “It’s Ours, We are the Champions”.

Can’t wait to watch it…

I got my MacBook with Leopard pre installed. Been using it for a month now. Last week when i switched it on I noticed that my Macintosh HD icon was missing from the desktop. I’ve checked the Apple Support and found this. But when ever i restart my MacBook the icon disappears.
If anyone of you out there know any solution for this please help me out.

Update : The Icon is back :D. Had to type in some commands in the Terminal. Crazy eh!
